This study examines how nonprofit organizations assess their capacity to serve older adults who identify as Deaf, deaf, or hard-of-hearing. Using a case analysis of a single nonprofit, findings highlight organizational challenges, administrative burden, and service gaps. Recommendations include workforce training, improved service coordination, and policy reforms to enhance accessibility.
