BIPOC LGBTQIA2S+ communities show resilience through culture, activism, and art in response to oppression. This literature review examines historical and contemporary service delivery challenges in social work. Using resiliency theory and strength-based approaches, we emphasize social workers' roles in dismantling bias and promoting cultural competency in practice.
