Discusses findings from a mixed methods study involving surveys and focus groups with mental health clinicians that explored relationships between secondary traumatic stress and provider and organizational factors, identified significant organizational-level predictors of STS status, and explored providers’ experiences related to STS. Implications for providers and agencies are provided.
