Associate Professor of Social Work Practicum Education

Christina (Tina) Paddock, DPPD, LCSW, is an Associate Professor of Social Work Practicum Education at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. Dr. Paddock is passionate about working with neurodiverse children, students, and adults. She was the Wellness Program Manager for South Central Los Angeles Regional Center, which serves persons with developmental disabilities and sits on the Autism Committee for USC. As a clinician, she worked with children and families with special needs. Dr. Paddock is creating a course on neurodiversity for the school and advocates for policies impacting neurodiverse students as a member of the Curriculum Council, the Neurodiversity Affinity Group, and the Practicum Education team. Dr. Paddock received her doctorate in Policy, Planning, and Program Development (DPPD) at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and is interested in the integration of micro and macro practice as it pertains to families and persons with special needs.
