This presentation examines how restorative justice practices in NYC transfer schools foster disability inclusion, student belonging, and efforts to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline (STPPL). Findings reveal that RJP's enhance inclusion for students with IEPs in transfer schools. The presentation calls for the integration of restorative frameworks, while challenging exclusionary practices.
