Student interest in non-traditional practicum placements is on the rise, but these placements often lack a qualified BASW or MSW to provide educational supervision. This poster presents a case study of one field department's efforts to ensure supervision for students in unique practicum placements.

Upon completion, participants will be able to articulate at least three reasons virtual group field education supervision is necessary to expand social work practice into new agencies, settings, and contexts.
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe a conceptual model for implementing virtual group supervision for students completing practicums in non-traditional agencies.
Upon completion, participants will access virtual group supervision exemplar guides to inform the implementation of a structured, safe, accessible, and inclusive virtual supervision for students in non-traditional placements.
