This scoping review examines the effectiveness of multi-tiered Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skill-based interventions in higher education for general wellness, various mental health conditions and disabilities. Results show their potential to address various mental health issues and promote student wellness and resilience. Barriers and facilitators for future research are discussed.

1. Upon completion, the participant will be able to discuss a multi-tiered approach to prevention, early intervention, and treatment on college campuses using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills-based interventions.
2. Upon completion, the participant will be able to describe the evidence for DBT skills-based interventions on college campuses across tiers of support.
3. Upon completion, the participant will be able to identify barriers and facilitators to implementation of DBT skills-based interventions on college campuses across tiers and future directions for research.
