Disability inclusion is often inadequately integrated within congregational settings, stemming from a lack of training among congregational leaders providing spiritually integrated care. This paper provides guidelines for developing disability-informed, spiritual competency training directed at congregational leaders, emphasizing the role of social workers within the development and implementation process.

At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
