This study examines the mental health needs of Ukrainian refugees in Philadelphia through interviews with Ukrainian-speaking professionals. Key challenges include trauma, loneliness, acclimation, and language barriers. Findings stress the importance of resilience, culturally competent therapy, and community support, as well as the need for trauma-informed care, and social integration strategies.
