This study explores employment retention challenges for individuals with disabilities using a qualitative analysis of r/disability subreddit posts. Applying Psychological Self-Sufficiency (PSS) theory, it examines workplace barriers and hopes, offering new insights into job retention, discrimination, and the need for accommodations.
