Homosexuality within Muslim communities creates tension between religious teachings and queer identities, resulting in isolation and mental health struggles. LGBTQ+ Muslims frequently experience rejection, guilt, and depression, with anxiety and suicidality being common. Tailored mental health support is crucial to address the unique challenges they encounter.
