This poster will present the findings from a qualitative study of practicum personnel on their perceptions of ADEI in social work education. Findings will highlight the various interpretations of ADEI social work practices and their role in practicum. Key themes, social work education implications, and future research will be discussed.

At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
Articulate the diverse perspectives of practicum personnel of ADEI in social work education based on qualitative research findings.
Analyze the individual, structural, and institutional factors that influence ADEI implementation in practicum education while comparing the perspectives of agency-employed and university-employed personnel.
Propose strategies for strengthening ADEI in practicum education by applying insights from this research, including recommendations for continuing education, enhancing the university-community partnerships, and structural supports for ADEI integration.
