LGBTQ+ individuals face significant mental health disparities, compounded by underrepresentation among providers and inadequate clinical approaches. This study examines specific barriers faced by LGBTQ+ individuals. Findings highlight identified challenges in accessing care and potential solution and strategies to mitigate these barriers in mental health service provision and delivery.
