This poster shares results from qualitative interviews with mothers and grandmothers experiencing homelessness in a family shelter. Ultimately, caregiver interpersonal relationship challenges with shelter staff diminished access to services. Reflections on findings include implications for training and supporting the homelessness services workforce from a trauma informed systems perspective.
