This poster details a community engaged learning experience in a macro practice course. Students served as organizational consultants to a domestic and sexual violence agency by conducting an anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI) audit. Results illustrate how students applied organizational competencies of engagement, assessment, intervention, and evaluation skills.
