Aimee Vantine, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker in both clinical and macro social work. She joined the University of Michigan School of Social Work, Office of Field Education as a Field Faculty member and LEO Lecturer in spring 2021. As a field educator, she works primarily with students interested in health care, grief and loss, medical ethics, and interprofessional work.
Prior to her position at the school, she spent more than 20 years at Michigan Medicine working in a variety of clinical and macro positions with a primary focus on pediatrics and obstetrics. Vantine earned her BSW from Eastern Michigan University in 1995 and worked in case management before returning to graduate school and earning an MSW from Wayne State University in 1998.
