Dr. Kyoung H. Lee serves as a professor and the director of the School of Social Work. Before joining WMU, Dr. Lee spent 17 years as a full-time faculty member and the Director of the School of Social Work at Wichita State University. His research interests include aging, mental health, health disparities, and the use of health technology among vulnerable minority older adults, including Asian immigrants, Native Americans, and residents of assisted living facilities. Dr. Lee's main teaching areas encompass international social work, policy and practice on aging, social work research, and social welfare policy for both undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, he has several years of experience as a medical social worker for immigrant older adults.
