Charlotte Levario was born on June 12, 1970, in Guymon, Oklahoma. At the age of 25, she married her high school sweetheart, with whom she shares two daughters and five grandchildren. In 1996, seeking new professional opportunities, Charlotte and her family relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma. During this transition, while her husband pursued studies at Spartan School of Aeronautics, Charlotte began her career in the credit card banking industry, where she was employed for 14 years.
Following an unexpected layoff in September 2010, Charlotte redirected her career path toward higher education, enrolling at Tulsa Community College in January 2011 to study social work. As a first-generation college graduate, Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Northeastern State University in 2015, and subsequently completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa in May 2016.
Since earning her graduate degree, Charlotte has built a distinguished career in the field of social work. She served as a Child and Family Therapist at Family & Children Services in Tulsa, where she developed expertise in supporting at-risk populations. Charlotte holds her Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification and has worked as a Medical Social Worker at OU Health Physicians Clinic. She has also contributed to the development of future social workers as a Field Instructor and Preceptor for MSW students. Currently, Charlotte serves as a Faculty Field Liaison and Instructor at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa campus, where she continues to advance the education and professional development of social work students.
