Georgianna Dolan-Reilly, PhD, LMSW, is an innovative social worker and systems thinker whose work bridges research and practice to address systemic inequities across racial, social, health, environmental, and educational justice. As a community and group practitioner, they draw on interdisciplinary expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and multi-method research, community and academic based education, substance use, youth development, health disparities, and chronic disease management. They also brings extensive experience in coalition building, evidence-based practice, instructional design and technology, policy and advocacy, leadership development, and editing/publishing. Committed to anti-racist, anti-oppressive practice, they use mutual aid and participatory approaches to help social workers, individuals, and communities leverage their strengths and co-create more equitable, sustainable systems.
