I’m a social policy researcher focused on U.S. childcare subsidy policy, maternal labor force participation, and child development. I use longitudinal and administrative data to evaluate program design—eligibility thresholds, reimbursement rates, continuity, and quality incentives—and their equity impacts. My goal is actionable evidence that expands access to affordable, high-quality care, supports stable maternal employment, and improves children’s socio-emotional and learning outcomes through state and local policy.
