Natalie Milom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor, Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) Practitioner, and the CEO of Potential Realized. Potential Realized is a social work agency dedicated to helping families surviving adverse and traumatic experiences and to the professionals, organizations, and systems that serve them. As one who is passionate about the healing of children and families, Natalie provides EFT and EMDR therapy to children, tweens, teens, adults, couples, and families in California, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Vermont.
Additionally, Natalie trains professionals in the field on how to work to create felt safety for children and families surviving trauma and provides ASWB ACE approved continuing education courses to social workers.
Natalie also provides coaching and consulting to nonprofits and agencies seeking to start, scale, and sustain their operations and programs that center trauma-informed care. Services include but are not limited to program evaluations, fundraising plan generation, strategic planning, board training, and the link. Natalie is also a PhD student at University of Georgia in the Social Work program. Her research interests include effective clinical interventions to treat trauma in Black couples and effective sustainability for minority-led and minority-serving nonprofit organizations in the social services sector.
