Aubrey Thornton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities across the lifespan and their families. She currently works at the University of Illinois at Chicago on the PCORI-funded B.E.S.T. Study as a clinical associate through the Department of Pediatrics and Disability and Human Development. Aubrey has experience supervising MSW interns as a practicum instructor. Aubrey is an Illinois LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities) alumni and holds a certificate in SPIRIT ID/A (Scalable Psychopathology InteRvention Intensive Training for Intellectual Disability and Autism) from Drexel University.
