Michael R. Daley, Ph.D., LMSW-AP, ACSW is Chair and Regents Professor of the Texas A&M University-Central Texas Department of social Work. In 2022, Dr. Daley was named Regents Professor by the Texas A&M System and received the Distinguished Recent Contributions to Social Work Education award from the Council on Social Work Education. He was appointed a Distinguished member of the Graduate Faculty at TAMUCT in 2024. He is a NASW Social Work Pioneer, is the former Editor-in Chief for the Journal of Baccalaureate Social Work, and member of the CSWE Board of Accreditation. He serves on the CSWE Commission on Educational Policy.
