Candace Farrell, PhD, LCSW, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry with the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing clinical care in the Healthy Minds Healthy Kids integrated primary care program, and serves as Director of Social Work Training for the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Farrell has over 20 years of research, teaching, and clinical experience related to childhood trauma and adversity, the impact of traumatic stress on neurodevelopment, and pediatric mental health.
