Erin Khang, LMSW, FNAP is the Director of Field Education and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Erin received her MSSA degree from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Her clinical experiences include working at the Cleveland Clinic and University of Michigan Health in solid organ transplant, bone marrow transplant, and pediatric nephrology. While at UM Health, she served as the MSW field director as well as a clinical and administrative leader. Erin was the inaugural UM Health Social Work Department Diversity Chair and a co-creator and leader for the innovative Healthcare Equity Consult Service. Areas of interest include field education, healthcare equity and interprofessional education and research.
