Sara L. Schwartz is an Associate Professor of Teaching at the University of Southern California Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. Dr. Schwartz earned an MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001, a PhD in Social Work Research from Portland State University in 2007 and an MA in Visual Anthropology from the University of Southern California in 2024. She brings an interdisciplinary lens to classroom instruction, mentorship and scholarship.
