Dr. Valerie C. Dudley has had a career working in Higher Education as an administrator for many years, having worked at the following institutions: Temple University, Cheyney University, Community College of Philadelphia, West Chester University, Penn State University and Saint Joseph’s University.
Dr. Valerie Dudley has worked in the field of diversity and inclusion, training and development and Human Resources. Currently Dr. Dudley is the Director of Multicultural Education and Training at Temple University. She is responsible for designing and conducting diversity education programs for Temple university faculty and staff. She was the Director of Institutional Diversity for Saint Joseph’s University and worked at The Pennsylvania State University as a diversity education specialist for the Office of Affirmative Action.
Dr. Dudley is also an adjunct professor in the College of Education teaching Diversity Issues in Higher education and Diversity facilitation and leadership..
Dr. Dudley earned her Ph.D. in Education (Learning and Performance Systems) from The Pennsylvania State University and her Masters of Education Administration from Antioch University and The Diversity Leadership Certificate from Temple University.
