Min Young Lee, PhD. is an Associate Professor in the Division of Social Welfare at the Cyber University of Korea. Her research centers on social work and policies aimed at fostering diversity and social integration. In particular, she has conducted extensive studies on the experiences of migrant families, including North Korean migrants, residing in South Korea. Currently, she serves as President of the Korean Academy of Multicultural Welfare.
