MSW Program Coordinator / Associate Professor

Mitch Page, DSW, LCSW serves as the Coordinator of the Master of Social Work Program at Central Connecticut State University where he also teaches MSW students about trauma, human development, group therapy, and psychopathology. Dr. Page eaned his MSW from New York University where he researched expressed emotion in families affected by schizophrenia. He earned his DSW from the University of Southern California where his research was focused on mental health help-seeking norms in heteronormative hypermasculine work environments such as the military and within first responder ranks. He has worked as a clinician and administrator at Yale University, the New Britain Public Schools, Saint Francis and Hartford Hospitals, and in private practice.
