Tiffany Burks-Sanders, MSW, LMSW, is a doctoral student in the School of Social Work at the University of Memphis. Her research focuses on diabetes self-management among African Americans with mental health challenges. She is also a researcher on Dr. Jin’s HPV study, examining vaccination hesitancy among African American parents. In addition to her academic work, Tiffany is a licensed master social worker, health educator, and advocate dedicated to bridging gaps in health equity through research, education, and community engagement.
