Maranda Taylor is an experienced school social worker who specializes in complex trauma. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of school professionals to enhance student outcomes. Maranda has also run a non-profit dedicated to breaking educational barriers for children in Title I school districts. In addition to her work in the public sector, she maintains a private practice where she provides family consultations and therapy.
Her consulting experience includes working directly with school districts to lead collaboration with teams to support students in staying within their current educational placements. Currently, Maranda serves as a full-time faculty member at Grand Canyon University, where she continues to shape the next generation of school social workers.
