Savani Aupiu is a PhD in Social Welfare student and the graduate assistant of the Hawai'i Mental Health Workforce Accelerator Program. She has a MA in History and a MSW. Savani's research interest focuses on the underulitzation of mental health services among Pacific Islanders. She currently work as a graduate assistant for the Hawai'i Mental Health Workforce Accelerator Program which supports individuals on their path towards licensure in the mental health field.
