Bezil Taylor, MSW, is an assistant professor and director of field education at Trinity Washington University in Washington, DC, and a doctoral candidate in social work at Howard University. His research focuses on homelessness, particularly among youth and college students, as well as policy reform and the criminal justice system. A Detroit native and two-time graduate of Michigan State University, Bezil’s background in community engagement and advocacy informs his commitment to addressing systemic inequities and improving access to resources for marginalized populations.
