Sandra N. Crespo, LICSW, known as The NeuroSpicy Social Worker, is a clinical leader, speaker, and advocate redefining neurodiversity in leadership and mental health care. She is the founder of Unalome Consulting Group, a private practice and consulting platform dedicated to therapeutic support for ADHD and mental health, speaking engagements, authorship, workshops, and organizational consulting. A contributing author to Latinx in Social Work Vol. 3, Sandra draws on her lived experience as a neurodivergent leader to challenge norms and champion diverse minds in professional spaces.
Currently pursuing her Doctor of Social Work (DSW) at Simmons University, her research explores neurodivergent leadership and the transformative power of diverse cognitive styles in driving innovation, collaboration, and equity. Through her work with Unalome and The NeuroSpicy Social Worker platform, Sandra empowers individuals and organizations to embrace neurodivergent strengths and create pathways for sustainable success.
