Linda-Jeanne M. Mack, MSW, LICSW is a PhD candidate at the University of Maryland, School of Social Work. Her research is informed by several years of clinical work with child welfare impacted families in non-profit agencies and as a therapist. She continues to consult for a variety of agencies and leads trainings for mental health providers and child welfare workers. Ms. Mack has been an adjunct lecturer for several years for multiple institutions. She has also been active in policy and legislative change at the state and federal levels. Her research interests include social and child welfare policy, preventing removals and terminations of parental rights, reuniting families, and exploring the experiences of professionals involved with and families impacted by child welfare systems.
