Dr. Rachel Phelps, DSW, LMSW (she/hers) is an innovative leader and learner-centered educator with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of education, mental health, and social justice. With a background spanning school-based social work, K-12 district leadership, higher education, and consulting, she specializes in designing and leading inclusive, trauma-informed, and equity-driven programs and systems.
Dr. Phelps excels in optimizing collaborative systems and processes to address complex challenges within schools and communities. She has deep expertise in interdisciplinary leadership, feminist scholarship, strategic planning, and grant writing. She is passionate about fostering high-performing teams, aligning resources, and designing holistic programs that drive sustainable impact.
As a coach and consultant, Dr. Phelps empowers organizations to create transformative learning experiences—both online and in person—through inclusive course design, professional development, and adaptive leadership strategies.
