Alisia Collins is a recent Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate from the University of North Florida. Her work focuses on exploring the intersectionality of social factors that impact Black individuals and families, with a commitment to identifying and implementing strategies that can improve their lived experiences. In addition to her focus on racial equity, Alisia is also committed to supporting the military community by promoting resources and services that address the unique needs of service members, veterans, and their families. Her efforts aim to ensure that those who have served receive the support and recognition they deserve. Through her work, Alisia strives to uplift historically marginalized voices and strengthen systems of care in both communities, bridging research and practice to create meaningful social change.
