Alina Bond Chan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, school social work, clinical supervision, training on trauma, mental health, and substance use, and teaching. She currently teaches as an Assistant Professor in the social work program at Azusa Pacific University. She recently completed her PhD classes at Baylor University's Garland School of Social Work and is working on her dissertation research on trauma-informed higher education and best practices for teaching about trauma. Along with her passion for education and research, she enjoys spending time in nature with her spouse and children.
