This study explored substance using BLMSM’s (N=220) preferred form of delivery of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention, long-acting-injectable (LAI) form or an oral-pill. The findings suggest that clear and more widespread targeted messaging for substance using BLMSM about LAI-PrEP benefits and access is urgently needed.
