This study examines burnout among military mental health providers in Ukraine focusing on coping strategies, trauma, and burnout.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
Attendees will be able to identify at least three key predictors of burnout among military mental health providers working in large-scale combat operations, as measured by their ability to summarize these factors in a post-session reflection or discussion.
Attendees will be able to differentiate between emotion-focused, avoidant, and problem-focused coping strategies and assess their effectiveness in reducing burnout, as demonstrated by their ability to categorize coping strategies.
Attendees will be able to formulate at least one practical intervention aimed at enhancing resilience and reducing burnout among military mental health providers
