This cross-sectional survey study explored how social factors including social engagement, network, and support were associated with loneliness among 103 rural older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hierarchical regression results indicated that loneliness was significantly and negatively associated with social engagement, family network, and social support from significant others.
