Yoga supports both physical and mental health, aiding conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. However, it remains underutilized in Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities due to barriers such as cost, accessibility, and cultural perceptions. This study explores these challenges through interviews and discusses strategies to improve access to yoga-based services.
