This study employed a child-centered approach to understand the subjective illness experiences of children with CL/P. Results revealed a dynamic interplay between their perception, experiences, and responses to CL/P, influenced by the immediate, proximal and distal environments. These insights provided a holistic-interactive framework to enhance the well-being of these children.
