This presentation examines Israel's systematic debilitation in Gaza and the West Bank through Jasbir Puar's 'right to maim' theoretical framework and Amnesty International's 2024 Genocide report. It analyzes how the deliberate infliction of disabilities functions as a settler colonial strategy violating international law and disability rights.
