This study explored how transformational leadership impacts supervisors’ well-being, work attitudes, and supervisee outcomes in privatized child welfare. Findings revealed that transformational leadership reduces supervisors’ burnout, enhances commitment, and indirectly lowers turnover intent for both supervisors and supervisees. Practical implications include training programs and leadership development initiatives.
