This study explores the role of forgiveness in promoting economic well-being among economically and socially disadvantaged job seekers. Significant moderation and mediation effects highlight forgiveness as a key psycho-spiritual capital. Findings suggest integrating forgiveness into trauma-informed workforce development education to enhance individualized goal-setting and achievement during job search process.
