Infusing inclusion and excellence throughout the onboarding and professional development cycle equips adjunct faculty to support success for a diverse student population in social work programs. This workshop will explore one multifaceted strategy that encompasses intentional recruitment, professional development, community-building initiatives, and recognition of teaching excellence.

Upon completion, participants will be able to define the purpose and goals for establishing and maintaining creative and sustainable support for adjunct faculty in social work programs.

Upon completion, participants will be able to develop a plan to build a strong, supportive adjunct faculty community, including innovative adjunct faculty support initiatives.
