This poster presentation will describe how two new programs, a Credential program and a Doctorate of Social Work program, were developed from a feminist and anti-oppressive framework and adaptive, inclusive leadership style to promote relationship-building and knowing the whole person in an online learning environment.

Participants will identify barriers that hinder online programs from creating multi-dimensional participation and relationship-building.
Participants will develop three strategies for faculty to understand their students as whole people and build relationships in an online learning environment.
Participants will strategize on how to utilize leadership skills and roles to garner university support of inclusive program development that centers students with various disabilities and decreases stigmatization of asking for support.
