While ecosocial work evolves with new theories and models, leadership styles and organizational practices remain underexplored. This presentation introduces the Eco-Transformational Leadership Framework through an ecological justice lens, highlighting its educational implications.

Participants will be able to explain the principles of Eco-TFL, including its integration of transformational leadership elements with ecological justice and holistic well-being, and its application to ecosocial work practices.
Participants will identify key strategies for embedding ecological and climate literacy into social work education, including experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and critical reflection, to cultivate ecosocial leadership skills.
Participants will assess how Eco-TFL addresses organisational and environmental challenges, promotes ecological justice, and empowers social workers to navigate and challenge neoliberal constraints in their professional practice.
