This presentation explores findings from interviews with immigrant resettlement center staff on social work interns’ educational needs. Key topics include barriers immigrants face in healthcare access, gaps in interns’ understanding of health systems, and the importance of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) training. Implications for practice and education are discussed.
